Those offering to contribute to the TCOL charitable foundation can rest assured that the artist royalties have been paid!
Virgin Records paid a large sum of royalties in advance when the album was first made, and DGM has paid every six months ever since.
Readers of Robert's diary will know that there has, however, been an ongoing dispute about publishing royalties (the money paid by the publisher to the composers of the songs) - and, from recent postings, it sadly appears that Adrian may share these problems. Lawyers are beavering away in the background, even as I write, trying to solve these issues.
