My thanks to Serge Girard for sending us these pictures of Pat in action. They were taken (with permission) at Tuesday’s Flower Kings gig at the Spirit of 66 venue in Verviers, Belgium . TUNER were supporting which gave Pat an opportunity for some Jamie Muir-style aerophone action with Markus Reuter.
TUNER’s new album, Pole was recently placed in Modern Drummer magazine’s All Time Top 50 prog recordings, along with an article about Pat’s work. You can hear some samples from the album at their myspace site and read my take on Pole over on the blog.
