The Range of Crimson
This package shows that, throughout the various experiments with genre and song, King Crimson retained a common fabric of intricate, exacting performance and presentation, all tied together by Fripp's guitar work. It also brings to light that the Poseidon to Earthbound years were not as weak as contemporary reviewers branded them, but instead featured challenging music, especially telling in their alternate versions here, as the eras mix themselves together. I'm greatly enjoying my 1000 Club experience, exploring these previously hidden and obscure moments of revelation.

Cadence and Cascade
...as sung by Greg Lake, just stopped me in my tracks for a moment. Experienced a confusing mix of wonderment, regret and elation. A wonderful tune, rediscovered. Thank you.

The True Treasure Trove
I ordered this and, due to technical issues, it took awhile to acquire. Now that I have listened through several times, I must say the range of songs and styles is such a refreshing listen that one should be required to obtain a prescription - addictive, in other words. My current favorite tunes are Cadence and Cascade and overwhelmingly Sailor's Tale. It is possibly one of my favorite versions and yet I cannot explain why. Alex, maybe someone there can comment. All I know is this offering is superb and highly recommended for purchase more importantly joyful listening.
