Koseinenkin Kaikan

King Crimson
Tokyo
14 Oct 1995

“This is the end of our Japanese tour. We’ve been thrilled to be here, it’s been a great time for all of us and I hope it has for all of you,” says Adrian toward the end of the show. “And we’d like to thank Mr.Udo and his production company. They’ve done an excellent job. We’d also like to thank our crew that we brought with us - they’ve done an excellent job. And most of all, we’d like to thank you, the fans. Thank you very much.” All told the Japanese tour found Crimson to be in remarkably fine and consistent form as this spirited and energetic performance ably demonstrates. A smoking rendition of Larks’ Tongues Part 2 brings the show to a fiery conclusion. Six days after leaving the stage in Tokyo, the band kicked off the next leg of their tour in Berkeley, their second and final American tour for 1995.
