More ghostly voices but this time in a stadium in Rome. Giuseppe came along to enjoy himself and so he did. “What a great night !!! nothing can compete with what I saw last night , even if not a lot of people understood what Robert Fripp has played ,he did a good set , frippertonics are still ailive.”

Franx was also appreciative of the scaping but wanted to offer some advice regarding the running order of how a concert should be “Just one more thing: wouldn't have been better to have Fripp playing after Steve? At the beginning of rock show one expect to hear something loud...”

Fripp noted: “A good, strong audience. Billy came up & stomped through a Soundscape, playing part of Fracture.” Once again, Sheehan’s contributions are not recorded here. Mind, when the music is as powerful as this particular rendition of Paradise Lost, there’s no worries. The final sections here are positively monumental - the scale of the piece absolutely dwarfs its surroundings. The sign-off solo in the closing minute is hair-raising stuff!
