As the title of this news item cunningly suggests, it was indeed 37 years ago today that Boz, Mel, Ian and Bob entertained the punters in Denver.

Live At Summit Studios was released as part of the King Crimson Collectors Club (No.9 all you trivia fans), and you can grab this groovy little booger over at the DGM Mail Order store.

The next step is Discipline

The 1980s see a very different King Crimson incarnation originally touring under the name Discipline . The presence of Adrian Belew meant that Robert Fripp was working for the first time with another guitarist. This incarnation of Fripp, Belew, Bruford and Levin becomes the first one to record successive studio albums with the same lineup.
