Mel Collins Mystery Quote

Here's an unhappy Mel Collins talking about an album he made. "I wanted to do my own horn section arrangements but he didn't consult me at all. I got pushed aside in the rush and panic of trying to get it finished in two weeks, and with me not being the most forceful person in the world." Who can he be talking about? What's the album in question? I'll post up the answer tomorrow.
