A not-ideal breakfasting experience. The good-light-for-reading tables were taken, leaving one with kitchen view…

A good opportunity for innocents to make a connection to The Double Trio’s enthusiastic clatterings.

Leaving Jakko with small details to consider for tomorrow, when we move to the new THRAK stereo mix. Returning to Motel Modesto....

Final e-mail of the day to Ms. Legalo Uno of The Orchard whose latest e-mail to me is evasionary and fails to address issues raised by us. This is a lawyer seeking to avoid being caught in a lie. But The Orchard is already caught in a lie. The better course of action is to be straightforward and own-up.

dear Ms. Legalo Uno,

… you have provided no information as to the parties who were responsible, nor the processes and control mechanisms in place; and, if Mr. Contract Supervisor felt he would get around to dealing with this later in the week, clearly you don't take copyright infringement as seriously as we do.

but, this goes all beyond copyright violation: this is a criminal act.

so, i take your reply below as partial, hence evasionary. this does not bode well for a satisfactory outcome for all.
