Want to hear the best rendition of Doctor Diamond? This is it. [endtease]Elsewhere Lament comes close to being the monster Wetton always wanted it to be, whilst Easy Money addicts will need to add this one to their collection; it’s amongst the best “hard” versions pummeling doubters and flattening opposition. There’s a pensive element to the improvisations that pepper this incomplete show, seasoning the standard Crim repertoire with a tinge of exotic mystery. Best of these is the sultry Spanish-style phrasing of Atria. Here, David Cross provides great atmosphere and depth alongside Robert’s scorching notes. The mighty rhythm section slip the leash, running with a choppy, explosive groove that could well be the signature sound of this line-up.

One of the Greatest Performances
Audio quality: 9.5 Performance: 10 Rock factor: 9.5 This is my second favorite KC performance of this era (#1 is Asbury Park, of course). The performance blows you away when you listen. The Dr. D is definitely the best version as the description states and the Night Watch is an exceptional version and this concert has my favorite Easy Money version as well. Truly awesome and powerful concert. 1000% worth a buy.

Stunningly Good
Truly eye-opening performance. This jumped up to one of my favorite downloads in no time. Sound and songs are excellent and, for the time period, amazing to hear such a truly amazing show. Glad I stumbled onto this and highly recommend this to all fans.

A great choice
The "house" review is accurate. I was not aware of Dr. Diamond previously, but it's an excellent addition to my collection. Easy Money is also a keeper, even with the multiple versions available from the current band. The sound is very good (not quite as good as USA, perhaps), but not straining the lists of MP3 fidelity, so I do not believe there would be any major advantage to FLAC.
