Well, here we are. A bit of King Crimson 2014. One should always be wary of coming to judgement about anything based upon a clip that lasts less than a minute and a half but, but, but... Taken from the rehearsals in Elstree Studios, this snippet has four of the seven-piece Crimso clearly enjoying themselves. There’s a wealth of back and forth interplay detail between Mastelotto, Reiflin and Harrison and of course Levin and Fripp not only grab the lapels but go straight for the jugular. Oh, never mind about the rush to judgement: this is King Crimson and they’re on fiery form!

This track is one of Mr Stormy's Monday selections. It is available as part of his next bumper collection. His sixth year of treasures from the murky, cavernous DGM archives, is now available for download.

Allright
I liked this allright. Hope to hear more at the final Seattles show in October. Cant make an honest review from this short clip. But I wonder if Ades guitar playing has influenced and bent Roberts sound a bit?

Vibrant display of talent. If others don’t get the innovative hard rock jazz fusion they should just fade away...What does one say, "heard it before...Red 2736 or Larks 456...Why keep coming back to hear it then? Fade Away....
