“It’s a ballad thing and requires sensitivity” says Robert to his chums, Sara, Barry and Johnny. What follows is a first-time run through of what would eventually become Matte Kudasai, heard here gingerly making its way out into the world. With elements of the equally sensitive, North Star, from Exposure being discernible, these renditions may border on being rough and ready but of course are not without considerable charm.

This track is available for download as part of a bumper collection of Mr Stormy's Monday Selections Volume Three - Yes, his third year of treasures from the murky, cavernous DGM archives, torch in hand, fedora upon his head.

Valiant try
RF bravely demonstrates this to his rhythm section who aren’t having one of their better days; and Mr. Andrews seems to be playing something different somwhere in his head.

This tracks forced me to listening Exposure
This recording is of not so good quality, but it awakens things that only music can.

Very Interesting
I thought that this was mainly an Adrian Belew composition. Mr Fripp is a great composer as a music writer, and I love the lightness of Exposure or Crimson pieces. Yes, KC is a band, but Robert is the main constructor. I need his written music (even if I love the Soundscapes) and hope for the magic of new compositions that always made me deeply happy. Beauty is necessary for us, but we don’t all have the talent to make it appears.
