Wetton Sings One More Red Nightmare

John Wetton has been onstage singing the Red-era classic, One More Red Nightmare. My thanks to jhessel who sent in this report from John's show with the School of Rock at BB King's place in New York last night. This is probably the first time the song from Red has been performed live by a member of KC. 

"If you don’t know what the School of Rock is, it is young music students (virtuosos in MHO) who play many instruments.  The students switched with every song, returning at various times, but what was really interesting was that they played multiple instruments.  The drummer on one song played the bass on another, etc.  Really talented all.

I am sure I missed a few and they are not in order.

John Wetton played great and his voice was strong.  Some songs he let the students play and he only sang or played acoustic.  He seemed to be enjoying himself even joking at one point after one of the Crimson songs, "It’s the first time I saw a guitar player smile when playing that!".

It was a pleasure seeing these songs performed live and especially the teenagers playing the music and thoroughly enjoying it!  The crowd had some Crimson/Wetton fans and alot of the family members of the students.  A few grandparents even!"
