Morality and ethics of group interaction

Reflecting: the morality and ethics of group interaction. How, in a simple gesture or exchange of another, it is possible to see the Prime Movers in that person: in the small, is writ the large. And how, on seeing this clearly, there is astonishment that the person does not see this in themself: the Blind Spot. The impossibility of discussing this, unless the other is engaged in a form of reflective practice, a discipline; noting that undertaking a discipline is itself a profoundly moral action with ethical responsibilities, and therefore outcomes, in personal and professional worlds.
