Yesterday we carried reports about a concert in London that was said to feature King Crimson. "Over on the gb JeremyBender links to a London gig in September which claims King Crimson to be part of the line-up. For the record, King Crimson are not playing the 02 nor are they about to embark on any of the dates mentioned in that item.
Of course, the inclusion of King Crimson in this line-up is most likely to be a genuine mistake by the promoter, and not in any way whatsoever, a cynical attempt by them to use KC's name in order to bump up the numbers."
Well, it looks like the whole thing was something of an interwebs hoax. Not just the part about King Crimson but the whole shooting match. Unless...unless it's some kind of double-bluff thing going on and all the other bands are in fact appearing. I mean it is April 1st today, isn't it. It could be an elaborate plan to leave KC out in the cold!
