Mike, Mellotron & Satie

The name Mike Dickson will be familiar to many long term Elephant Talk readers in days gone by. Along with Toby Howard and Dan Kirkdorffer, Mike was part of the administrative group who pioneered King Crimson's online presence in the days when the internet was in its infancy.

Aside from his duties with ET, Mike was a keen Mellotron player, recording several albums over years. He has now made available a new collection of music by French composer, Erik Satie. If you like the sound of the mighty 'tron and like Satie's winsome compositions, then you might well want to download Mike's versions which you can find here
