You may not immediately know the name but for those who've been following the ongoing mix of folk and electronica these last few years, Juana Molina's work continues to impress. The Argentinian singer songwriter who once declared "I wanted to marry Bill Bruford", and cites King Crimson's LTIA as one of her favourite album, has a new record out soon called Un Dia. You can hear some of her work on her myspace site, read about her here (including a short documentary) and Juana is also featured on NPR's show, All Songs Considered. Un Dia is about ten minutes into the show. My thanks to Bob Wayne for the NPR heads-up.
