A new bundle of 1979 Frippertronics performances is now available almost 45 years to the day after the original performances. By way of marking their availability as downloads via the DGM website, sound engineer and keeper of the King Crimson/Robert Fripp audio vaults, Alex Mundy, Frippertronics expert and occasional DGM consultant, Al Okada, and King Crimson biographer, Sid Smith got together on Zoom to chat about what makes these Frippertronic performances from August 1979 rather special.
