Robert Fripp has been recording with Jakko Jakszyk at DGM HQ today. Contributing  guitar to a poignant song called When We Go Home, it will appear on Jakko’s forthcoming solo album, The Bruised Romantic Glee Club.

In addition to Fripp, the album also features prominent contributions from former-Crim, Mel Collins.  Ian Wallace also appears on Jakko’s cover version of the epic ballad, Islands and if that weren’t enough Crim-connections for you, Peter Sinfield has provided new lyrics to an updated remake of Pictures Of A City. There’s no confirmed release date yet but as soon as we hear we’ll let you know.

Just in case you missed it, details of the forthcoming 21st Century Schizoid Band album, Pictures Of A City – Live In New York can be found on the back editions of the DGM news page and over at the band’s website.
