Congratulations to Bill Bruford on his award at the Montreal
Drum Fest. Bill received the award for
services to the art of the drummer and his "relentless investigation of
rhythm and sound" before a packed crowd.

Talking to Bill today about the award he wryly noted “Yes, the very same
"relentless investigation" that irritated the shit out of my
colleagues and nearly got me canned on more than one occasion!”
