Trey Gunn has released two new albums of touch guitar improvisations via Bandcamp. Trey writes, "These pieces will reward detailed and repeated listening. Likewise, they will punish casual listening."
The albums Punkt1 and Firma are companions to each other and both were recorded on two consecutive days. With Bandcamp waiving their fees for today, Trey says "Please consider spending your hard-earned money by throwing some at musicians. Bandcamp is already the best platform for musicians and compensating their work. This bonus day makes it an even better place."
