Here’s a round-up of some recent reviews that have appeared. My favourite of all the reviews presented here is this splendidly irritated account of the band at The Greek which contains the classic line, "Almost every song saw musical passages, perhaps a minute long, which consisted of nothing but pointless, inaccessible, cacophonic noise." I think I'd like that on a T-shirt, please.
The band's appearance at the Rochester Jazz Festival elicits this classic Pink Floyd-esque query, “Is the lead singer King Crimson?”
A little over 22 years to the day since they last played there the Crims returned to Minneapolis’s State Theatre...
The reviewer in Progarchy offers this recommendation: "Seriously, there is no better band on the planet right now; if you have any interest in their music, I’d argue that you need to hear them live — if not now, when they return to the States in the fall."
