Best birthday wishes to David Cross who is 71 years old today. David was a member of King Crimson from 1972 to 1974 provided violin, Mellotron and electric piano to Larks’ Tongues In Aspic, Starless And Bible Black, Red and USA.
There's another birthday of sorts as well in the shape of a new archive download of a King Crimson gig that was played 46 years ago today. Robert Fripp can be heard mentioning David's birthday in front of a noisy crowd in Boston. The audience recording has been cleaned up by Alex Mundy and is available on the link below
