1000 CLUB RENEWALS

We are receiving queries about renewals of 1,000 Club membership - How can I update my credit card details? Can I renew early? What is the process?
So here are the answers:
- Seven days before renewal, you will be sent an email informing you that your membership will automatically renew unless you unsubscribe (poor choice!).
- If your credit card details have changed, you will be sent a subsequent email as automatic renewal will not work. Your place in the 1,000 Club will be reserved while you "renew" using a new card.
- We are updating the system so that anyone wishing to renew early will now be able to do so (thus generating a new download balance)
The 1,000 Club will shortly be reaching its first birthday. Thank you to all those who have supported the ongoing work of the site.
