There’s nothing better than knowing someone is enjoying their work. Bill Bruford was often heard yelling his approval as a section got underway or one of his fellow musicians alighted upon a riff or run that excited him.

Bill’s shout after the grinding chords of Fracture has always been audible but now, even with the bleed from the other instruments, you can hear Bill’s evident pleasure at what’s unfolding about him.

On the right and centre is the live performance while panned left, are the overdubs from the studio undertaken two months later in AIR studios.
