“Difficult to describe how good these players are. The combined experience of this team is astonishing,” noted Robert back in 2004 as the Crims were working on the next stage in the group’s development after the release of The Power To Believe in 2003. Mister Stormy has unearthed a track where we find an interim Crimso playing around with some interim grooves. Featuring Pat (on the right) and Adrian (on the left) on drums, Tony maintains a holding pattern from which Robert, working through his Sirius Probe patches has various attempts at flight. As Mister Stormy observes, “I love the way Tony can take the bass part that RF offers up to him at the intro, and then he picks it up, runs with it, and makes it his own, brilliant.”

Outstanding
Really badass track. I must say I'm growing fonder and fonder to the 00's era of King Crimson as this was previously a largely unexplored era for me. This track fires on all cylinders, with Tony's unsurpassable bass playing (really, this guy is simply unbeliavable), Mastelotto's unique drumming (I cannot praise this drummer highly enough, he's beyond underrated), Belew's guitar quirkiness and Fripp's powerful command. Get this tune, it's essential.

Really Superb
This is an amazing historical piece and truly makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up. The focus/energy/passion are all here and, as always, stellar musicianship. 11:30 of pure genius to be enjoyed.
