Recording Frippertronics

The talk at the Royal in Toronto was the first of the evenings with Robert Fripp and David Singleton. Unlike subsequent evenings, following introductions, they played and discussed various archival recordings before launching into the Q&A – a pattern similar to an expanded Royal Package, for those familiar with the talks that preceded King Crimson concerts. Here they discuss the recently released Frippertronics performances from Washington Square Church in New York,  July 27th – August 2nd, 1981.
