The assumption of innocence within a context of experience:
This is the first time.
This is the first day of my life.

When feet hit the floor, the day begins with definition, clarity and certainty.

Everything is meaningful.
Alternatively expressed, nothing is arbitrary.

A volitional attention span of (at least) ninety minutes.

Understanding the field of endeavour.

Reliability, repeatability, responsibility.

Maintaining a sense of personal presence, while in motion and repose, in three areas:
the life of the body, and physical presence;
the life of the mind, and thinking;
the life of the feelings.
VIII
The articulation of understanding.
IX
The capacity to honour a commitment with a Present Moment of twenty-one years.
