Bredonborough.

14.15

Rising c. 05.55. Morning exercising down the garden.

Morning reading and writing…

Morning listening: Beethoven – The Late Quartets. To The Guitar Circle.

The garden at noon…

Lunch by the back door…

16.45        Toyah and myself accepted an invitation to the Vicarage for tea, in an English vicarage garden with Indeg and David Singleton. David had especially prepared proper-to-the-event English cucumber sandwiches, on white bread, cut into triangles with crusts removed. These were surprisingly tasty, and I pumped them down. Indeg served a fruit salad with cream, also receiving approval as evidenced by the consumption of such. Good manners require that, in company, alacrity is tempered. What would have been possible to consume in seven minutes was therefore spread over a most enjoyable ninety-minute visit to the Singleton family.

19.57        Shopping. The Guitar Circle. Watering.

To the Cellar for practising.

20.07      More watering. Evening garden…

Done.
