The 14.45 slideshow in the Boardroom was of one particular dormitory, a very messy dormitory; and not a dormitory where we might be attentively waiting for our Friend to visit. This would certainly explain the sense of something not-quite. Everything was going well, but not quite catching fire; not quite taking-off. Not-quite.
