11.04    A DVD of Uncle Bill’s historic pix, scanned by a pal in London, was hand-delivered yesterday. This is appropriate, given that Uncle Bill will be at the Cenotaph for noon local time, 11.00 in England, for the annual Remembrance Day parade. I have called & left a message on his mobile.

11.24    Crafty Christina, who is working in Rome, has just returned from a working visit to China. She met Barbara of Gaucho Productions in the lobby at 11.00 for a Girls Day Out in town. A quick hello, returning to practicing & data organising.

The air-tuning Soundsculpture was of a different kind today. Announcement at 20.55. Onstage punctually for 21.00 & playing for one hour.

For me, a hard & unhappy set. The sound was very difficult to manage. But reports speak otherwise. When in despair, I trust the event. With a good team, such as Gaucho Productions & Trevor & Theo, you can rely on your pals. Even were there an ongoing disaster, you know the Team will sort it as quickly & effectively as possible. And fundamentally, I trust the musical process.

Great food afterwards, including cannoli & tiramisu.
