An overflowing inbox, mainly of UMG Horror. A major meeting is currently underway in London with Tim Auditor, George Lawyer & David DGM with UMG Publishing at The Castle Of Despair.

In distinction to The Castle, the garden is open, its activities readily & simply available to inspection I...

20.41    A long day of stuff. Not the stuff of the musical life, but the stuff of the professional musician’s life: deviousness, obscuration, irresponsibility, unaccountability, a knowing incompetence that favours the interests of the “incompetent” party, distributive injustice, inequity, common indecency & evasion, inter alia.

Back to the latest e-reports of UMG Horror. What has been addressed today could have been addressed two years ago: we didn’t even get a reply for the first 14 months of those 2 years. Some issues remain outstanding: like, I have not been sent accounting for the two Summers & Fripp albums since they were released on CD in the US & Japan some 15 years ago.

UHHH HOLY SHIT

"neither robert nor I have been paid
one single penny for our work on the construkction of light,
made how many years ago??
not a single penny."

Wow I never could fathom the magnitude of the situation Robert was in…

This refers to the publishing royalties from TCOL. No publishing royalties have been collected in the US on KC releases since & including VROOOM & THRAK, this for some 15 years as far as we can tell. This is part of the UMG Publishing dispute, and the main subject of today’s meeting at The Castle Of Despair in London.
