Rising on the Satch Bus at 06.45, boarding the ferry at 08.45 in a somewhat dribbling condition. Breakfast trough, sleeping, shaving, showering, cappuccino with Mr. Drummer, speaking to T and now computing with some twelve hours of the travel day to go. Haydn string quartets are refreshing the psyche.

Any discussion of The Guide also involves the centering of the whole catalogue at DGM, which necessarily includes Endless Grief. So, regrettably, my attention has returned to that awful affair and the exploitative, controlling firm that EG became under Mr. S.G. Alder.
