New to this lineup August 10, 2009
Written by BobLuciani
I’m more familiar with the 1970 to 1974 version of King Crimson than I am with this line up but I bought this CD based on what I read about the show and I must say I’m quite impressed. The songs I’m not used to hearing was a great ear opener.I particularly enjoyed The Waiting Man,Thela Hun Ginjeet and Frame by Frame. By the way I don’t know if it’s me but I thought I heard an awkward edit at the 2:13 mark of the song Frame by Frame. Anyway great CD I will have to look more closely to this line up.Bob.

Boy, can you hear everyone - thanks to the self-absorbed ’audient’ near the soundboard, we get all the best & worst aspects of KC’s soundboard / audience mix. On the other hand, we also hear every member of the band, Read more

At long last DGM has released a complete show from 1996! Until now we have only been teased with parts of shows from Mexico City. Versions of songs are generally better from Mexico City, so I still eagerly await a Read more

This show is full of energy but the sound is not as good as on Vroom Vroom. Instrumental tunes are great but most of the Thrak and Discipline songs are better played on Vroom Vroom Read more
