      Interesting November 19, 2007
Written by microbunny
Thanks Mr.Monday ! Super interesting stuff here. Sounds like Wetton to me on Disengage, but hard to tell as for some odd reason he recorded his bass direct for most of the studio recordings back then. Odd because he had one of the best amp sounds I’ve ever heard, which is super evident on all of these recent live recordings from late 73 and 74 especially. While North Star is pretty straightforward, this Disengage thing is really strange and a worthwhile listen, worthy of the recent Exposure reissue had it been discovered in time I guess. Thanks again !

There are more waves with a sorrowful timbre than usual in other soundscapes, and that makes this download so beautiful. The soundquality is also very good, and the little disturbance on some places is not irritant at Read more

This was a superb experience to behold live. Fierce energy... but I also seem to recall RF having a rather bemused expression whilst observing club patrons on the floor trying to dance to some of this material Read more
