Crim Karaoke Collection April 25, 2011
Written by ombass
Very nice; thank you! It would be great to hear an entire collection of these Crimson ’Karaoke’ versions. Or, better yet, an actual remixed Crimson Dub compilation. (In the same vein as reggae dub remixes) Now THAT would be extremely mind-blowing!!!! King Crim Dub !!!! On a somewhat related matter, a friend was wondering about the status of the Crimson 5.1 releases. Any news on that front? Cheers from Nashville, Ross Smith

I understand why some people prefer the edit of "Asbury Park". However, it sounds like after the USA cut ends it goes into an entirely different improv, as if it’s 2 different attempts, all within the same Read more

Fantastic show, so so sound Tue., Dec 25, 2012

The recording is an audience tape and so the fidelity is not all that good. Though everything is clear, there is some distortion on some of the louder passages and the microphone gets "handled" at some points which adds to Read more

An angry Fripp perhaps? Sat., Dec 1, 2012

Listening through this concert a couple days ago, I can’t help but wonder if Fripp was a bit angry. Judging by what I’ve read from this tour, the band was a bit ornery and frustrated - and it’s Read more
