Another great snapshot October 10, 2006

of the 71-72 band. Fans of this version of the band should thoroughly enjoy it. Good sound, though a bit flooded in spots. Much less obnoxious than the previous night. The Schizoid Man alone is worth the price of admission and is right up there with the Wilmington version. Robert takes this one into some interesting uncharted territory and stays out there for a while. The Formentera Lady/Sailors’s Tale is excellent with a great transition and some wicked, slow/sustain speaker tweakers from Fripp.
Robert’s transition into a master guitarist during this period is one of my favorite aspects of this period. Anymore soundboards still hiding out there??
