It was a magical evening for me. I had last seen KC at the Schaeffer on The Pier in NYC long ago. The Double Trio was in fine fettle this night and it was Billy B’s birthday too. He wore the white jacket, "the jacket that brought you LTiA". The Double Trio really brought out the power and solemnity of their compositions and I left RAH walking on air. I wish I had tkts for the next night too.
