Fripp & Eno Live In Paris CD Edition

There's been a few enquiries coming in overnight asking if the Fripp & Eno concert which was released yesterday on download will be available on CD format. The quick answer is yes - at some point in the future. At the time of writing, no dates have been set or agreed for the package when and if that changes, we'll make an announcement on these news pages.

In the meantime, eagle-eyed folks will have noticed Hugh's new gallery of F&E pics and you can also read the interview at which these pictures were taken by heading over here.

Fripp & Eno Live In Paris Now Available...

Starting the New Year with something of a bang, today you can download Fripp & Eno's legendary Paris concert from 1975.



Not only is the first time this painstakingly restored concert has been officially available, but it comes with an extra disc of source loops only recently discovered in the DGM archives. Show notes for this concert have been provided by Frippertronics expert, Al Okada.

UK ambient bassist and looper Steve Lawson  has included Live At Coventry Cathedral by Travis & Fripp in his best of...list. Steve (who has also recorded an album with Theo Travis) cites Julie Slick's debut album as another one of his fave raves of 2010.
