iTony eBook?
:: Posted by Sid Smith on Thu., Feb 16, 2012

My thanks to the mighty Vargan for alerting me to this item from Tony's website. "I have the opportunity to re-release my photo book, Crimson Chronicles in digital format (for iPad). It will feature all the photos, but also a lot of extras, including other shots that didn't make it to the original book. So, that's got me digging through my files for photos, itineraries, tour passes, and music I can use for that release."

King Crimson Live At The Orpheum Preorder
:: Posted by Sid Smith on Thu., Dec 4, 2014
The new live album from the latest incarnation of King Crimson is now available for pre-order.

Thus sayeth the blurb:
King Crimson has performed, recorded & released material in its own inimitable manner for the past 46 years. As the band enters its 47th year of operation in 2015, the occasion is marked with the first release culled from the bandís Autumn 2014 US tour. Comprised of 41 minutes of material by the newest incarnation of the band fronted by the line-upís formidable three drummer setup, Live At The Orpheum has been mixed from 24bit multi-track performances recorded at the bandís two concerts at the Los Angeles venue. Featuring a mixture of new & old King Crimson material Ė some being performed live for the first time Ė the album makes an ideal recorded debut for the septet.

For those who travelled from all over the world to see the US shows, itís an opportunity to relive the power, precision & sheer musicality of the concerts. For those who couldnít attend but wanted to, itís an opportunity to hear why the concerts generated such excitement.
