Fripp's Guitar Circle Finale

Robert Fripp will be directing his final Guitar Circle undertaking in Europe next month. The Symphony Of Crafty Guitarists is a project that aims to involve 100 guitarists in a live performance in Holland as part of a residential course running from Sunday, October 11, 2015 to Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Koos Vorrinkhuis, Lage Vuursche, Hollandstarting. With a cast including, Toyah Willcox, Julian Rhind-Tut, Noel Fielding, Julian Barratt, and many others, the soundtrack features the works of various ProjeKcts  - Project Two being especially audible in this teaser trailer.  There's an interview with cast members here and you can read more about it in Toyah's blog.

Brighton & Pre-Show Talk

The last time King Crimson played Brighton's Dome was 11th December 1972. Now, 43 years, the King has returned.



Ahead of King Crimson’s concert in Brighton, David Singleton will be giving a pre-show talk at 6.00 p.m. prompt. Admission is free but must be booked in advance (see below).

David will be discussing and providing audio examples of the DGM team’s restoration work, the challenges of mixing orchestral soundscapes, teasers from the forthcoming THRAK boxed set and lots more.
So, if you’ve got a burning question that you’ve always wanted to know the answer to, then reserve your place today!

Not long after King Crimson came off stage in Wales last night, BBC TV’s Newsight programme were using The Court Of The Crimson King in a piece on Labour leadership contender, Jeremy Corbyn. Check it out on the BBC’s iPlayer at around 30 mins into the show.

The all-new 2015 Tour Box is on sale at the merch stall for the tour but will be available for general release from the usual outlets after the European leg of the current tour has finished.

Following the same format as the highly successful 2014 edition, this 2 disc set features a variety of outtakes, alt mixes, excerpts, previews of forthcoming releases, many of which appear on CD for the very first time.
