My thanks to Antonion for bringing the latest novel by Dave Eggers to our attention. Ant notices the resemblance to a certain King Crimson album cover, albeit in a highly stylised form and also has spotted this sentence in the book...

Accordion player extraordinaire, Kimmo Pohjonen, is the subject of a documentary film due to be screened at the London International Festival of Exploratory Music.



Kimmo will be known to KC enthusiasts for his work with Pat Mastelotto and Trey Gunn in KTU. You can take a look at a trailer for the documentary here and watch some snippets of interviews with Kimmo here.

Robert's latest bout of diary updates will be of interest to those following the career of Sam Alder. The diary for 23rd Sept notes that "A summary judgment has been awarded against Dr. Samuel George Alder, (RF diary 12th March, 2013)  Pillar Of Society and Worker Of Good Works in the sum of 2.6 million. This is in respect of the foreclosure of a building development company owned by Mr. SG Alder. The Estate of the late Willie Robertson is owed money by the company, as Willie was an investor."
