King Crimson’s 2014 tour formally got underway at The Egg in Albany last night. A capacity crowd got into the auditorium in good time so as not to miss a thing. The Times Union reckoned the gig was "a big tsunami of a sound that balances power and precision" as well as going on to give details of some of the tracks covered. Elsewhere Prog magazine said "Hints of new directions are seeded throughout tonight, giving the impression that they can go anywhere they damn well please. Nothing is out of bounds to these players."
