80s Crimson.

I remember in the early 80s, when MTV played music and they had a daily segment called MTV News. During an MTV News, there was a report of the possible reforming of Crimson. The reporter mentioned Fripp, Belew, Levin, Jerry Marotta, and Brian Eno. It is old news that Jerry Marotta was involved in some way during the early days, but is there any truth that Eno was a potential member way back when?
