The Minx arrived to join me, but a not-quite-up-to-the-hotel’s-desired-standard serving-person spoilt our breakfast. She was not quite connected to the aim of her function / role. There we are. More accurately, there we are not. Everyone who acts on behalf of an organization represents it, and speaks for the quality of management. I feel here that the management deserved better. And so did these two guests.
