Joe the Prolific began tuning the air this morning. Now Vissarion Shebalin is vibrating away, courtesy of the Krasni Quartet. The view from The Basement this morning is one that has been transformed in the 2 weeks since last I gazed from the window. Multiple shades of eruptile green with shards of sunlight breaking through the canopy to diversify and variegate the greens even further. And the temperature is markedly hotter. Arriving yesterday evening, a supportive fax from Toyah in London was waiting for me - hooray!
