21.40 DGM HQ. A day with my Uncle Bill. I drove down from Breedonborough, collected him from his bungalow in Southbourne, and together we visited various sites in the Fripp family history - Middlehill, Crichel, Witchampton & Wimborne. Bill recounted many stories of the family & his youth, recording them onto a small Sony DAT machine. Until Uncle dropped it and it stopped doing anything at all. Now, an e-frenzy subsided, the floor is beckoning --
