A day gentling with T, gentle tidying & organizing, with practising the task of this evening. 17.29 Meanwhile, we are having problems with EMI regarding the non-renewal of the KC/RF license to Virgin. The licence expired last December 31st. From my e-letter to a character at EMI… during our unsuccessful attempt to renew the DGM/KC/EMI license (it foundered on downloads) i was personally assured by several power possessors at EMI that, in the event of non-renewal, there would be no bulk dumping. conventionally & historically in the industry, when a license ends small territories seem not to fully understand that they are also restrained, as in head office, by the arrangements & agreements undertaken by power possessors at world central. i would be very grateful if you manage to convey the message to your territories, because currently italy is in contractual breach, and that makes me a very unhappy boy.
