13.52  II...  III...  E-flurry. Stuff. Preparing for this afternoon. Shopping. A call from David at DGM HQ. David particularly enjoyed the second piece at All Saints, Broad Chalke, yesterday (a Pastorale) & felt the event as a particularly English, in a village church, the sun streaming in at the end of the afternoon, and the Pastorale underway. 14.55 Leaving for St. Michael & All Saints, Bishop’s Cleeve. 23.25 The church I…  II...  III...  IV...  V...  VI..  VII...  VIII...  A well-attended congregation providing a supportive audience. Thanks were given to the ministry, worshipping community, Theo, Trev, PJ & Richard; and then good news: a couple of pals in the front pew, Adrian & Andrea, received the congratulations of those present for their wedding in 15 days’ time. PJ Crook & Richard, who organised the performance on behalf of the church, provided a superb supper & great company afterwards for various pals; at which supper an outline plan was conceived for Theo & Fripp to return to local churches for more performances next year.
