11.35 Ade has been visiting the Basement, showing me some of my guitar parts. Off to the Crimson Rehearsal Zone.

20.12 Leaving Chateau Belewbeloid c. 11.45, King Crimson began playing c. 12.45, the playing-together debut of KC8.

Playing for 5 hours, making very good progress. The band fell into place straight away with good chemistry. This is a strong Crimson.

Personal concerns: fine-tuning the Solar Voyager programmes. I don't have Crimson-ready programmes in the Ground Control – because I didn’t think we’d we’d be playing together again. So,

Q: Why are we Crimsonising once again?

A: I saw how it could be done. As simple as that. If we see it, everything changes. A point-of-seeing carries with it some creative juice, which makes an undertaking possible; and the seeing also carries with it a responsibility. Something like, the Creative Impulse has made an investment in that seeing.

The Double Trio also sprang from a point-of-seeing, while driving East past Broad Chalke village church.
