Trees. Trees. More trees.

Yesterday's work with Adrian discovered a few more trees. This morning, too, more trees are appearing & existing trees are growing. And, while I type, out of the Basement window overlooking the garden, I see plants arriving and being carried by three men to the lower level. The older man in charge is a pastor as well as gardener, and two young men are helping him. One has smoke coming out of his head. And now the sun has begun to shine.

Yesterday early evening Martha, Adrian & I went to pay homage to Loco Lupe's & a Monster Margarita. There is currently a shortage of vibration chambers in the Mount Juliet area, nothing quite to stir the spirits as might Granite Falls, for example. To convey the sense of deprivation - there is not even a Starbucks in the area! But here in the Basement, I look out and watch a growing, developing garden.

A good afternoon with Adrian. A few more years of this and he might be good enough to be in King Crimson. He may be good enough for Zappa, Bowie, Talking Heads & Nine Inch Nails, but let's face it: not Crimson.

Hot news: King Crimson are playing four nights at 12th. & Porter in Nashville between Thursday 14th. June and Sunday 17th. June. This is a getting-into-gear for Summer touring, and we hope to present new material for the transformation that an audience makes possible: from sound into music.

It is very likely that my Sister Patricia will be doing the merchandising. So, anyone whose sensibilities do not permit them to be encouraged by my Sister to acquire merchandise would be advised to stay away. Anyone who feels any reservation whatsoever about attending a King Crimson show is encouraged to use their time to better effect. Anyone who has any lurking negativities, resentments, hostilities or animosities towards anything Crim is encouraged to empoy their intelligence, save their time & money. Anyone who feels any inclination to freeze the moment (i.e damage the process of the performance) by recording or photography is requested to support those entertainers who accept, encourage, welcome or permit those pursuits; that is, these are not performances for you. Open ears, goodwill, even generosity, are welcome and will be gratefully accepted.
